Shipping Agreement

No shipping charges are applicable. The Wall Art Company offers Free Shipping within India on all online purchases above purchases of Rs. 5000/-! Note that COD Orders attract an extra charge of Rs 200/- only. We are confident that you will absolutely love our products, but just in case you receive a wrong product (i. e. wrong product, size or color) or product in a damaged packaging please immediately send an email to info@thewallartcompany.com with you name, invoice number and reason for return. You have 7 days from receiving the product to return it in perfect, unopened condition, and only then will you will receive a full refund. Please be sure that the item you are returning has not been used or tampered with. This will ensure proper and timely refund to your account. The Wall Art Company reserves the right to decline refund if the product is not in perfect and unopened condition. If the product is not received by you in damaged packaging but we receive the product returned by you in damaged condition or has been used, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be sent back to you. We offers no shipping and handling credit on returned products. Please see return instructions received with your package for the correct return address. In case of wrong product, please advice whether you would like the correct order, or a refund. We can either send you the correct order at no additional cost or process your refund after receiving the incorrect product in its original packaging and properly sealed. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing time of your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and processing time of your bank to our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
